The management requests the residents of this hotel to follow the rules and regulations for the smooth functioning:
1. Visitor: All visitors staying in rooms after 10.00 p.m. should obtain permission from the reception and they will be treated as additional person staying in the rooms and will be charged extra. Visitors in the rooms staying during day time and making use of the hotel services are also treated as additional persons and will be charged extra.
2. Light & Fans: Residents are requested to lock your rooms, switch off the lights, fan and air conditions and leave the key with the reception counter when they go outside.
3. Water: Save water for future generations. Please ensure the tap/showers are closed after use.
4. Valuables: Management is not responsible for any loss, theft, damages to goods, property etc. brought in to the Hotel by residents. Safe locker facility is available at Reception.
5. Resident will be held responsible for any damage or loss caused to the Hotel property movable or immovable and the cost of damage or loss will be levied and recovered from the residents.
6. Departure: Residents are requested to inform the reception counter about their departure at least two hours prior to their actual departure. Residents are also requested to inform the reception counter and obtain permission for any change or extension of stay.
7. Part of the day is calculated as full stay. Bill should be settled when presented and please note Cheque Are Not Accepted. Check out time is 24 hours.
8. The management reserves the right to request any resident to vacate the room or refuse the accommodation without assigning any reasons.
9. Laundry: The residents are requested not to wash their clothes in the bathroom. You are requested to avail the "Laundry Service" for pressing and washing.
10. Room Service: Residents can avail food & beverages service of the Hotel. Please sign the Room Service bills so that there may not be any problem when vacating the rooms. Food and beverages from outside is strictly prohibited.
11. Telephone: All rooms are provided with telephone and intercom facility. Please contact Reception for Local / STD calls and Room Service for F & B Services.
12. Liquor from outside is prohibited. Corkage will charged @ Rs. 400/- per bottle.
13. Residents are requested to Inform the House Keeping / Reception for cleaning the rooms.
14. Parking of cars and other vehicles is entirely at owner's risk. The Management will not be responsible for any loss or damage.
15. Pet animals such as dogs, cats etc. are not allowed inside the Hotel.
16. Residents are requested to co-operate to to keep the premises of the Hotel neat & clean.
Your suggestion, remarks and complaints may be intimated to the Manager / Reception Counter for speedy action.
